Bench - Ed Coan - 1993

If you don’t know Ed Coan, he is one of the best powerlifters ever - bear in mind he used no more than a one-ply suit & no mono-lift etc when you look at his lifts. He was certainly the best of his generation & can offer a lot of advice to a budding powerlifter or strength athlete as he was the best of the old school lifters.
