24 MIN SWEATY HIIT CARDIO KICKBOXING

We’re BRINGING IT today with this kickboxing cardio workout. Today I invited my husband Larry to join us for this workout, and wow, he was surprised by how much of a sweat he got on! Todays workout is fast paced and bouncy. If you struggle to keep your boxer bounce going, go back to walking on the spot. This will help keep your heart rate elevated but will be a little lighter on your joints. If any of the exercises are too fast or too challenging for you, take it slow or go back to the walk. The goal isn’t to overwhelm you and wipe you out, the goal is to challenge you and for you to feel powerful and accomplished after this workout!
