Russia’s biggest Buddhist monastery opens in Tyva

The biggest Buddhist monastery in Russia, Tubten Shedrub Ling, has opened in Kyzyl in the Republic of Tyva. The opening ceremony at the 56-meter-high monastery was marked with a festive performance, as well as a Buddhist service.
