Ukrainian military train hit by surface-to-surface missile strike

The Russian Ministry of Defense has published video of a missile strike on a Ukrainian military train carrying artillery munitions and weapons. The ministry also said that some 30 soldiers and ten military vehicles were eliminated in the attack.
