We Took Manhattan is a tighter, more compact Plundership experience, enabling Hyena crews to zip across the ship in search of New York Merch and rival teams. The tightness of the level introduces smaller spaces for wily Hyenas to set up ambushes on rival crews and provides more opportunities for close-ranged, intense firefights. A celebration of all things New York, Liberty Hall is cavernous area – big enough to showcase the Statue of Liberty as a central landmark, flanked with prop skyscrapers that extend in Augmented Reality as they continue through the glass hull and off into space. Liberty Hall is a main thoroughfare for the Plundership, so expect an increased chance of skirmishes with other Hyenas. Around the edges of the map are four large cargo modules, where CLOUT’s gig workers process the salvaged Merch to make it ready for retail. These large, open spaces have long sight lines and several zero-G switches available, allowing players to toggle the gravity state to best suit their personal combat tactics. All the cargo modules have their own unique landmark offering different cover and combat opportunities. Whether it’s to walk the walk along CLOUT’s relocated authentic New York streets, “enjoying” genuine reclaimed food at Katz Deli or just admiring the Art Deco-inspired entrance lobby, the “We Took Manhattan” Plundership is the perfect retail experience for Mars Elites who hunger for that New York vibe and Merch while building up their CLOUT status points with their purchases. *ABOUT HYENAS* Earth is ruined, the rich have colonised Mars, and the rest of humanity is living their worst life on The Taint, a giant orbiting slum. While we on The Taint are just trying to survive, Mars’ billionaires are only worried about status. Status that can only be gained by purchasing the now priceless pop-culture artefacts salvaged from the ruins of Earth, which are sold on Mars’ massive retail ‘Plundership’ spacecrafts.
