Yeah, so anyway, this is the hardest crossfit WOD I’ve ever done. The original workout calls for:
21 Turkish get-ups, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Left arm
50 Swings
21 Overhead squats, Right arm
50 Swings
21 Turkish get-ups, Left arm
!!!
All of this with a 2 pood, or roughly 75 pound kettlebell. Since I only have a 20 kilo bell, I used a slightly lower weight, and let me tell you this son of a g
