Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada shows you how to form a flower from a thinly sliced tomato. We did this before but our angle wasn’t very good at all; hopefully you’ll be able to see how it’s done here much better. Note: the tomato wasn’t that ripe so it the flower wasn’t formed that well, so be sure to pick a ripe tomato to make the job much easier. Have fun!
