Samar Seraqui de Buttafoco aka Ulap aka “Une Libanaise à Paris”, was one of the first influencers that France knew. An ambassador for a cosmopolitan style with a penchant for mixing it up, this former journalist uses her powerful digital following to bring attention to causes close to her heart. The latest? Lebanon, for which she has raised 87,000 euros and launched a humanitarian foundation with three of her followers who have become her friends.
