Fibonacci Sequence Inharmonic “Golden Rhythmicon“ - with Bounce Metronome
The pitches and rhythms use Fibonacci numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144 - so each rhythm and pitch is close to the golden ratio with the previous one. The 89/144 is very close to the ratio.
The reverse buzz roll is based on divisibility of the numbers so 21 is played as three reverse buzz rolls of 7 beats, 55 using 5 each of 11 beats and so on.
The golden ratio is as polyrhythmic and as far from “in tune“ in the pure ratio harmonies sense as it is possible to get.
This video plays all the rhythms at once rather than in pairs so you also get intervals close to the square, cube etc. of the golden ratio
