Advanced C++: Disallow Functions

Compiler generated functions sometime do things that you don’t like. How to disallow the compiler generated functions from being used, or even any other functions from being used. Errata: As kindly pointed out by treweof, there is a typo at around 4:16: g() missing a return type. But it doesn’t affect the overall validness of reasoning.
