GuangXi and MuCheng “Oh Darling“ --Autumn’s Concerto
Had to upload this twice because of copyright issues. Should be playable in a ton of countries it wasn’t before.
My first video over a Taiwanese drama! Yay!
Anyways, I’ve been working on this for about three months. Around half of it was done back in March, and then I hit a freaking brick wall with the editing process. This weekend, however, I finally found some inspiration (and time) to get this finished! I’m really happy with how this video turned out (Though I do kind of hate the last 15 seconds, but whatever), and I hope you guys like it as well.
Even though this drama is a little old (2009) it’s most definitely a classic and I am so happy that I finally watched it. While it may have every cliche in the book, the writing is so excellent that you don’t even realize the somewhat contrived storyline. The acting is also fantastic. Both leads are great, but the little boy who plays Xiao Le pretty much steals the show.
This drama sucks you in and it becomes really difficult to escape its clutches until after you’ve finished the last episode! If you haven’t watched this drama yet and want to, I definitely recommend that you find a block of free time. I think I marathoned the drama over a three-day weekend and I don’t know what I would have done if I’d had to stop watching for school or work. Stupid real-life, so often getting in the way of dramathoning :P
Oh! And sorry about the quality of the footage, but it was literally the only copy I could find :)
