Indiana: A correctional officer was injured during an incident with an inmate at IDOC’s Miami County facility on Saturday. Per an IDOC spokesperson, the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. Saturday. The correctional officers was taken to a hospital in Fort Wayne after the incident, but he has since been released. According to an IDOC Facebook post, the Miami Correction Facility and Miami Correctional Annex were on lockdown as of 8:15 a.m. Sunday.
