◾ Ukrainian war crimes: ◾A Prisoner of War, Maxim Valeryevich Chernyshenko, from the AFU told us that his Senior Lieutenant Kostenko ordered him to shoot at civilians. He and his fellow soldiers started shooting at them. He killed a man about 38-40 years old.
