RPCS3 - Graphical improvements in Uncharted 2-3 & The Last of Us

The three biggest AAA Naughty Dog games, Uncharted 2-3 and The Last of Us are now much closer to being considered Playable thanks to kd-11 fixing intense vertex flickering issues with these titles that previously looked like they could cause an epileptic seizure. This was done by fixing decoding of legacy TRIANGLE_FAN and POLYGON modes when primitive restart is enabled.
