Processing & Canning 35 Wild Alaskan Salmon

After returning home from an amazing trip to Chitina, Alaska we are thrilled to process our catch, 35 beautiful Copper River Red Salmon. We fire up the smoker and get canning. Smoked salmon dip and lox are the perfect meals to celebrate this flavorful fish.
