PM Modi holds bilateral talks with French President Emmanuel Macron on sidelines of G7 Summit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a bilateral meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron in Apulia on the sidelines of the 50th G7 summit on June 14. Both the leaders discussed on the wide range of issues and ways to enhance India-France ties. According to MEA Spox Randhir Jaiswal, The two leaders discussed ways to further strengthen partnership including in areas of defence, nuclear, space, education, climate action, digital public infrastructure, critical technologies, connectivity and culture.
