When you go to look at a 20 year-old Mercedes Benz, anything is possible. It can either be in really nice shape, really bad shape, or somewhere in between. The late 90’s and early to mid 2000’s weren’t the best time for the brand, and quality control as well as some of their materials left a lot to be desired, and the vehicle that endured the brunt of this was the M-Class.
