Russian forces have failed to make progress in the Kharkiv region the last five days and Putin is now declaring that the Russian military’s plan was always to just create a new buffer territory and their goal was never to take Kharkiv city. Ukraine launched a massive drone attack against Russian oil refineries and port cities and hundreds of Ukrainian drones are getting past Russia’s air defense systems now.
