Paint mountains and lakes in this scene of Yosemite. I am using hot pressed 90lbs (200gsm) paper and the colours are French ultramarine blue, raw sienna, burnt umber, burnt sienna, sap green, winsor violet. We start at the back with the sky wash. The the cliffs/rocks come next. Third we have a ghosted bank of middle distance trees. As we come forward the next set of tree shapes is more distinct and stronger in colour.
