My Favorite Basic Madeleine | Recipe that anyone can make easily

Basic madeleines
1 tsp = 5 ml, 1 Tbsp = 15 ml, 1 Cup = 250 ml
2 eggs (room temperature)
80 g (1/2 cup)granulated sugar
15 g (2 tsp ) honey
90 g (3/4 cup) cake flour
20 g (3 Tbsp) almond flour (Cake Flour Replaceable)
1 g (1/4 tsp) salt
2 g (1/2 tsp) baking powder
90 g (1/3 cup 1 Tbsp) unsalted butter
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp orange zest(optional)
