Walk in Paris l Père Lachaise - Place de la République

I really enjoyed this August morning. As you know, most Parisians take advantage of the long summer holidays in July and August to recharge their batteries in the four corners of the country and close their businesses for several weeks. The City, outside the tourist areas, is quiet. This is also the best time to do renovation work in the capital (roads, transport, etc.). I enjoy the last days of respite before my neighbors return! We will start our morning walk at the Père Lachaise metro station and then we will descend on the rue du Chemin Vert. We will continue our route on Avenue Parmentier to Place Léon Blum. After the merry-go-round in the on the Place, we will move forward on Boulevard Voltaire. We will admire the Saint-Ambroise Church, on this same Boulevard, then we will continue our walk to Place de la République. J’ai vraiment apprécié ce matin d’Août.
