900 People EVACUATED in Wildfires on Italian Island of Sardinia

’900 People EVACUATED in Wildfires on Italian Island of Sardinia’ 50,000 acres have been scorched and 900 people evacuated from their homes on the Italian island of Sardinia. This is a result of wildfires that have been racing across the island since 24th July. The fires started in the province of Oristano and spread to areas close to 13 towns.
