Took a small break from my healthy snacking series (which I will finish later in the week) to bring you a short clip on how to tie a shibari pentagram harness. Shibari is an ancient Japanese form of rope bondage that create geometric patterns and shapes with rope to accentuate natural curves of the human body. I will post these intermittently from time to time. Keep a pair of scissors within reach so you can cut the rope if you feel like you are panicking or like you can’t breathe in any way! If you practicing with a partner, make sure to communicate openly so that you both feel safe and calm.
