TARANTINO on Beat Takeshi Kitano’s Sonatine

In this video, famous director/producer Quentin Tarantino introduces us to Kitano’s world of Sonatine. He talks about it through his cinephile eye but also his distributor point of view as he was the distributor of several of Takeshi Kitano’s films in the US through his company Rolling Thunder (and also other asian classics like Wong Kar Wai’s Chungking Express).
