Supernatural season 7 gag reel

I’ve borrowed this video from a fellow youtuber to actualy improve the quality but with no luck. I used xilisoft ultimate video converter. Does anyone have any other suggestions. I’ve tested windows live movie maker also but with no luck. How in the world can i possible improve the darn quality.
