In fact, Saudi Arabia has the second largest known oil reserves in the world, The majority of Saudi Arabia’s reserves are located in the Ghawar field, the largest conventional oil field in the world, the sum of all oil deposits being 266.5 billion barrels. But the country on the first place really surprised me. Totaling 300.9 billion barrels Venezuela has the largest oil reserves in the world.
