Antique Bronze Kerosene Stove Restoration

Hello folks! Today I will show you my new restoration of an antique bronze kerosene stove. Year of manufacture, 1890-1920. I found this antique item at a flea market. The condition of the item speaks for the prices, age-old patina and rust. But I will save this kerosene stove! Let’s start the restoration! The first duty I took off the lid, partially shook out the debris and dust that were in the kerosene and cleaned the surface of the object with the help of a sandblaster. It’s amazing how quickly and cleanly the sandblaster cleans the surface. The most interesting thing I found was 3 stamps, two digits and one stamp that I didn’t understand what it meant. If anyone knows, write in the comments. Next, I began manual sanding of the brass part of the stove. I used sandpaper from 100 to 500 grit and then polished the surface.
