Syria: Humanitarian aid reaches Kinsabba after ceasefire comes into effect

Humanitarian aid was distributed to the residents of Kinsabba in the northeast of Latakia, Saturday, following the implementation of the Syrian ceasefire agreement, that came into effect at 00:00 Damascus time (22:00 GMT).
