This special two-track release began life in the first lockdown of 2020. Finding the extra time to be creative a benefit, Solace was able to find a new passion and drive in his production output. But when it came to giving the track ‘Liminal Space’ a name, the lockdown started feeling strange. Empty roads, airports, city centres was a very unusual experience. Just like being at an empty airport at night, which is a classic liminal space. To be in a liminal space means to be on the precipice of something new but not quite there yet.
