RBR All Tracks Particle Mod 2.0 (final release)

Update: the project is still running. after discovering a few neat lighting settings I´m forced to rework the entire spectrum of my particle mods to fit them with the new lightings. In addition I have a deeper understanding of the weather settings to streamline the whole mod. At the moment I´m halfway through. I estimate a release by April.
