Applejack’s Double Life

So, my first pony animation (that’s not a GIF). Disclaimer: it’s pretty bad. Problem is I’m still trying to figure out the best approach to these sort of things I’m still pretty new to animation. I guess we’ve all got to start somewhere though, right? I think I’ve discovered that After Effects is not the way to go, and that I really need to learn Flash.
