Making a Bass Guitar Case

We started by cutting 2.2 x 6 cm spruce slats to a length of 130 cm. All together 42 slats, 21 for each side of the case. For gluing, we used two component melamine glue from Akzo nobel with open time of 45 minutes. We use this same glue for glulam beams, Its water resistant, has great mechanical properties and has a great resistance to high heath.
