Pole dancing - only static this time! (Reverse grab combo, Phoenix, etc)

Including the nice reverse grab combo that I saw on Charlie’s FB, but not with the same exits. A little balance exercise in form of Bobbi’s reverse standing splits. Scorpio to scorpio leg switch (that I’ve happily neglected earlier because of the pain...:)) Phoenix, Leg hold to ankle hook spin, one-handed carousel.
