Well, I could not let go and tried a RTA on death march difficulty. I chose to compensate the 20% XP-loss with additional quests&stuff instead of fighting overlevelled opponents, that’s more fun :) Still some things went wrong and I had some unnecessary deaths, but I’m content with achieving my sub 4h goal for now.
