TUCSON CORNELIA & GILA BEND railroad was incorporated in 1915 for use by the New Cornelia Mine. at Ajo. Originally, the railroad was intended to connect to Tucson Arizona US. The railroad was in operation from 1916 until the 1980s. I tried to travel in the month of September 2023 the almost 45 miles of tracks that are still complete but I was only able to do only 3 miles. The reason is that it is full of bushes and there are even trees in the middle of the trakcs, which made me continually derail. impossible to transit.
