Wolf Hoffmann interview on Humanoid, the END of Accept, Mark Tornillo, 50th Anniversary & more

This interview episode’s guest, the founder and the guitarist of the legendary German Heavy Metal band Accept Wolf Hoffmann talks about Accept’s new album Humanoid coming out in 2024 via Napalm Records and the creative process behind it. Wolf also talks about Accept line up changes and how it might affect the band’s longevity. Wolf Hoffmann and I also talk about the Mark Tornillo era of Accept and what Accept may do for the band’s 50th anniversary coming up soon. We also discuss the current state of Heavy Metal and why it may be so that the classic Heavy Metal outfits like Judas Priest, Saxon and Accept keep going despite all odds, as well as what routine Wolf has to keep himself in such a great shape he is. 00:00 - It’s generational 01:45 - On Humanoid 04:41 - On steering the ship 06:05 - On line up changes 07:38 - On Andy Sneap & Thrash Metal 09:52 - On Ukraine & the lyrics 12:27 - On sounding old-school 15:38 - On Heavy Metal revival 17:06 - On s*x & Rock & Roll 18:15 - On the 50th Anniversary 19:43 - On Accept’s continuity 21:06 - On riding the van in Bogotá Accept - Humanoid tracklist: 1.
