Officers were called to reports of a man acting suspiciously on the bridge just before midnight, but by the time they arrived he had disappeared, leaving behind a suitcase. A second suitcase was located near by a short time later. Both contained what are believed to be human remains. An investigation is now underway with the joint priorities of finding the man in question and identifying the deceased. Police released images of the man they are hoping to speak to in connection with the suitcases on Thursday.
