The First Aeroflot A350 Delivery

I attended the First Aeroflot A350-900 delivery ceremony at Airbus HQ in Toulouse, France yesterday. Aeroflot Russian Airlines is the launch operator of the A350 type in Eastern Europe and CIS. Aeroflot’s A350-900 features a distinctive new livery, embracing its almost 100 year heritage. Flight attendants dressed up in retro Aeroflot uniforms, dating back to the 1960s, during a unique ceremony with ballet dancing. The plane is named after famous Russian composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
