TROPICAL VILLAGE PABAHAY - Walking Tour

HEADPHONES ON, this video is in STEREO =) - Walked around the Tropical Village Pabahay (housing) in General Trias, Cavite Philippines. I was told that this place was part of a government housing project which I think means that the residents do not pay any rent, only utilities and water. Please correct me if I am wrong about that =) Filmed on June 6, 2020. This housing area would be considered extreme living conditions in the USA, but from what I experienced, it looked like a bunch of happy people living there. It could be that the people are just grateful that they have a place to sleep, and they are not living on the streets. The kids were very playful and looked so happy. It also might be that these children are raised in this place and that is all they know. At any rate, even though everyone’s life could be better (including mine) this PABAHAY seemed like a very happy place to live. #WalkingPhilippines #GeneralTriasCavite #PabahayNgGobyerno If you feel it in your heart
