LIONS MANE ON PASTEURIZED FUEL PELLETS, Baseline Unsupplemented Substrate Experiment

A simple way to grow Hericium mushrooms (Lions Mane) using pasteurized hardwood fuel pellets, no bulk substrate sterilization required. In this video, I’m growing the Hericium americanum strain from Everything Mushrooms, but this TEK will work for any Hericium sp. While yields will be lower with this method than with supplemented substrate, it still grows beautiful Hericium mushrooms with no expensive equipment required, making it very beginner-friendly. In future videos I will be experimenting with substrate additives to improve yield.
