Mineral Canyon - Maule M7-260C

The Mineral Canyon airstrip is located just outside the western part of Canyonlands National Park. In all respects it is a beautiful area surrounded by towering mesas that drop precipitously towards the river. After landing I made lunch and then went on a mountain bike ride and hike along the up to the cliff edges. There were so many sheer drop-offs it became routine to just walk and boulder your way along them. I ran across some base jumpers and rock climbers and they asked for a good buzzing so I gave it to them!
