WoW - Ulduar: Yogg-Saron Fight

I found this boss a bit difficult, wiped on the first attempt but got it the second time after knowing what to do. You have 100 sanity to begin with at the start of the fight and you lose it during the fight if it reaches 0 you get mind controlled. There are specific things that you need to do to avoid this and the mechanics are demonstrated in this video. Enjoy :D
