Here is how I use my Cube timer. It is used throughout our homeschool day to keep track of time spent on lessons and to make sure we move on and don’t drag out lessons too long for my young kids. It also helps with tracking hours as required by our state. You can buy a timer like this on Amazon (as I did). Be aware that the different colored timers have different time values on them. White: 5-15-30-60 minutes Yellow: 5-10-20-45 minutes Purple: 5-10-20-30 minutes Green: 1-5-10-15 minutes Blue: 1-3-5-7 minutes
