Spore - Rukhmar [WoW] [Pr]

Rukhmar, an Avian Goddess of Draenor, and creator of the Arakkoa race. As soon as I had the idea to make her in Spore, I got to work immediately - although she ended up being a far greater challenge than I expected, especially with how the feathers texture. I’m not 100% with her head/beak, but am satisfied with the crests and featherwork.
