The Lion Diet. Is there anything better? In my opinion, no. The Lion Diet is simple, ruminant meats (flesh and organ), salt, water. That’s it. Ruminants include: - Beef - Lamb, Mutton, Sheep- Capretto, Chevon, Goat - Bison - Deer/venison - Elk - Moose - Water Buffalo- Yak- the list goes onI myself have been on a near lion diet for 12 years though butter and blue cheese also makes its way into may once daily meal and home made (ultra high fat low sugar) ice cream makes its way into my stomach once every week or you’re ready to heal and for your brain to sparkle, it may be time to give the lion diet a try.
