Singapore’s prime minister discusses securing exclusive deal for Taylor Swift concerts

Singapore’s prime minister defended an exclusive concerts rights deal made with Taylor Swift in a press conference in Australia. The deal was made to prevent the pop superstar from performing in any other Southeast Asian nation during her Eras Tour. Lee Hsien Loong confirmed that Swift was provided with “certain incentives“ by the city state’s tourism authority.
