Martin D12-20 Mahogany Spruce 12 String 1967 played by Milo Groenhuijzen | Demo

Martin’s first 12-string model to enter production was the D12-20. It has a slope shoulder body made from mahogany back and sides with a Sitka spruce top. Other notable features that make this guitar even cooler are the 24.9 scale length with 12 frets to the body and a slotted headstock. This D12-20 from 1967 is in very good condition and certainly looks clean for its age. The top shows weatherchecking and the common pickguard crack. It also has one repaired crack on the side of the body. Thanks to the soft V neck shape and low action, it has a really nice playability. The typical 12-string shimmer is perfectly complemented by the rich mids and sounds great with both fingerstyle and strumming! This D12-20 will be a great sounding companion for many years to come. Comes in a hardshell case with TFOA passport. Gear: Martin D12-20 Mahogany Spruce 12 String 1967: Neumann KM184 Pair Thanks for watching this video! Want more TFOA?
