KMFDM - DIY | Hyena Tour 2022/23 KMFDM fans from across the United States banded together and answered the call for footage captured during the 2022/2023 Hyena tour. This is Part 1 of a community sourced archival effort by KMFDM’s Lighting Director James McKenna as well as long time KMFDM fan and hobbyist-editor, L. David Wixom. Once the final touches have been put on the remaining tracks, we will be compiling them into one complete concert film for all to enjoy. While the goal is to release a track each week, remember that this is a fan project and, quite frankly, we have no idea what we’re doing, but we are learning by brute force passion. Enjoy! Please note that sometimes compelling visuals trumps continuity in terms of shot quality, as we had limited source material to pull from. Additionally, be advised that Andee Blacksugar does, in fact, possess the ability to mirror his likeness on the opposite side of the stage, but only when he knows it’ll make an edited sequence flow smoother. It is not to be mistaken with teleportation.
