Cardiff: A fatal e-bike crash that sparked a riot in Ely

Police in Cardiff say they’re investigating CCTV footage which appears to show officers pursuing two people - on an electric bike - shortly before a crash which sparked rioting in the city. Teenagers Kyrees Sullivan - and Harvey Evans - died - and fireworks were thrown at police in the violence which followed. South Wales police say the matter has now been referred to the independent office for police conduct.
