Colt Clark and the Quarantine Kids play “Casey Jones“

Hey guys! Today is Jerry Day! We wanted to do a Grateful Dead song as we remember Jerry Garcia on the anniversary of his death, August 9th, 1995. We took some creative license with tonight’s song. We love the groove of this one, but there is one lyric that isn’t super kid friendly. We couldn’t think of anything that made sense with the rest of the song, and sounded natural, so we changed it each time. Chicken lo mein, snakes on a plane, blasting T-Pain, refilling propane, Batman vs. Bane, Fountains of Wayne. 😊 We hope you enjoy! This is Colt Clark and the Quarantine Kids playing, “Casey Jones” by Grateful Dead. We’re the Clark family. Colt (the dad) is a professional musician and Aubree (me, the mom behind the camera) is a photographer. Together we home school our three children. To keep busy during the shutdown we started learning and recording a new song every other day to share with our friends and family. We love playing music and spending time together as a family. Hopefully these songs brighten your day!
